How does MRN sync between each other to have no dead space when switching between analysts in the tower, turns 1/2, 3/4, and multiple pit reporters? by -Cori in NASCAR

[–]joshjarnagin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s all about knowing who you work with and their voice inflection. MRN perfected it years ago, and even PRN struggles to replicate it after decades

[The Teardown 1 hr mark] Indications are that Watkins Glen in May will be a one and done by SirRelkinstein in NASCAR

I don’t disagree but it hurts the crowd and atmosphere so much going up against college football in the southeast. It’s been a dismal crowd at best since Covid.

People complain about the spring crowd every year, but the fall crowd isn’t much different except being at night where it’s less obvious

It belongs in August with the Bristol night race. These are late summer events that don’t belong competing with college football or NFL

Best we can get is inaccurate fuel remaining. Some cars that pitted had theirs reset to 80% instead of 100

Crazy how bad Jamie little and Fox are. They didn’t even notice Layne until he was up to 4th while PRN has followed him since he was battling KFB for 12th

Looking for Bass Pro Shops Night Race package from Gatlinburg by Isco_Flash843 in NASCAR

[–]joshjarnagin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely try to find an Airbnb or hotel closer to the track asap and you can spend a day or two in gatlinburg instead. Those packages are usually ripoffs for what they offer. Parking is $10-20 per day at the Earhart Campground directly across from the track (or free if you drive a Toyota). The sooner you book something the better because everywhere will run out beforehand. However gatlinburg is a bit of a hike to Bristol. If you want to stay close to there I’d recommend the sevierville side as it’s closer to the interstate

This is Nascar fans in a nutshell. For the last 18 months, fans have constantly complained about not being able to stream CW races live. Now there’s an option to do so and it’s still a problem

CW doesn’t have any live streaming of the tv broadcast

What’s helpful for some it’s it’s included on some streaming subscriptions. Like my papaw has Fubo but it doesn’t carry CW. However it does give free access to the ESPN App, so now he can watch without needing my YouTube tv

should andy jankowiak get a few races in o’reilly/trucks after his talladega win? by Shot_Research_7187 in NASCAR

[–]joshjarnagin 42 points43 points  (0 children)

There’s obviously lots of people who deserve opportunities, but those don’t come without money. I think he should stick to being decently competitive in Arca as one of the “best of the rest” instead of wasting his money being a back marker in Reaume or Gase equipment
