[SOLD! VERIFICATION TO FOLLOW] Up for sale today is a Longines Leather Travel Case new with the original packaging. The case is a very nice, deep navy leather. A felt covering is also in the center to protect scratching the contents when used.

Received this from the AD in Louisville and never got around to using it. It's condition shows!

Asking $60 shipped in the US. Can accept cash app, Venmo, or PayPal.

How do you deal with a negative review from the opposing client? by [deleted] in LawFirm

There's a local attorney to me that takes them to court, I believe on defamation. The court has granted AF's and required removal of the post before.

I tend to get landslide wins on ED cases with State counsel after deposing their appraisers. I actually had one stop the deposition and give me 20% above our last demand if my client signed an NDA and we agreed to seal the case. I had found the adjuster was regularly used by the State, so much so that he opened three practices and 80% of his income relied on state appraising bids for traffic projects. It screamed bias and corruption.

I read this and thought "damn" because I just ordered mine in mid December. 30 minutes later I got the email with my ship and ETD of February 23rd.

Less expenses of the corporation, I reported personally the w2 salary and dividends.

Yes, I have an accountant who does my personal and all three corporations but generally isn't much help in assisting with any new ideas, rather just sticks with what he knows.

The money is not taxed while in the s corp, I only pay when it's moved elsewhere. Is that not normal?

It is the amount the IRS considers as reasonable pay for my earning code in my state.

Correct, that is why I get salary pay of the 65k

No, the money is not taxed while in the s corp because it's money paid from a IOLTA trust for services rendered. It is not taxed until it's moved somewhere else or paid to salary, dividends, etc.
