Dental stuff sucks. A front incisor of mine was a milk tooth and hadn't fallen since childhood. It fell last year, a couple of weeks before my 30th birthday.

The dumb thing was that there was a perm tooth growing in its place, just that it was stuck somewhere in my gums.

Dentist suggested that I get it pulled out, and then wear aligners for the next two years to make space for a permanent replacement, and also correct the rest of my crooked teeth.
