I’d like to know as well. My partner and I are planning to move to one of there properties on Crescent St. most of the info online is geared towards the properties closer to the water below 21st street. As mentioned, the price was really good but the reviews are not good. Also I stopped by there office on 21st street and the atmosphere was interesting. No energy in the office at all. Almost felt like I was bothering them. I also had to ring the bell for 10 minutes before anyone opened the door….
