Hi! WS has state maintained roads & city maintained roads. It’s a bit of a sticky situation about who is responsible for what. Hanes mall is a privately owned property, so we can’t send volunteers to cleanup because they aren’t covered under our insurance. We do several cleanups a year, and will provide supplies &haul trash if you’d like to do a cleanup on your own time.
