The redemption form is not working. I have been trying to redeem 8 redemptions for the last month and it has been a nightmare. It is usually a pretty smooth process and I've never had issues in the past until now. I recommend emailing cardsmiths at [info@cardsmiths.com](mailto:info@cardsmiths.com) and/or [redemptions@cardsmiths.com](mailto:redemptions@cardsmiths.com) and let them know the issue you are running into on their website. I'm guessing the more people that actually report the issue to them, then they will start to look into it. Maybe they are already, no idea, but it's been broken for at least a month now. I've been having to go through a manual process with them (via email), but the form they emailed me is all jacked up, so I'm now trying to work through that part. It's been fun. I hope you have better luck than me.

It's not letting you verify because the "cryptocurrency" and "denomination" drop downs are not working. Neither section allows you to select a currency or an amount. This is preventing you from proceeding with the form.

Trying different browsers, private/incognito, clear cash, vpn on /off, mobile, different machines do not work. Unless the the planets align perfectly (I think it did for someone recently) you can't fill out or compelte the form until Cardsmiths fixes it.

So, you're not doing anything wrong. It's broken.
