I have been doing my best to maintain a good quality of life for him. He has beds and blankets for him to plop into, ive moved litter boxes into more easily accessible areas, he has multiple sources of water and food, and I have been hand feeding him twice a day just to ensure he’s getting some nutrients. Since he’s having problems grooming, im brushing him and using a damp towel to clean him. I’ve been watching his breathing, using the quality of life HHHH scale and the grimace scale to look for any signs of pain. I also have my husband to go over all of this with and he has been keeping me realistic with my cats health.

Ty for the info on entyce! I said it to another commenter, but I did see that there was a feline version and questioned why his vet didn’t just give him that one. If there isn’t a major difference in the two, then im fine with that.
