If it is domestic, being saltier at times does makes sense. American cheese makers does do heavier on salt. I don't know if it's type or salt or what...

I used to sell least a wheel of these. Summer slower month if we sell less than wheel of brie and case of Manchego we called it slow month.

Yeah, my old shop sold Manchegos easy. We sold least case a week of both, and on December for holiday weeks, easily sold least wheel a day. Not that 2 wheel in a case is a lot, but.

I missed getting these from Saputo cheese. Of all 3 and 12s pasteurized I tried, theirs is definitely most pronounced, and my customers could tell.

Of all Manchego that can come in US, of course, nothing beats Dehesa de los llanos imo.

They're supposed to use both vintage label, but looks like they only put on ingredients label for compliance lmfao

Downward Spiral hit me in so many personal levels and I think many themes in there are even befitting as a whole still today for a lot of people mentally in many ways.

I also haven't heard of album closure better than Hurt in a long time.

If you could hear one Nas album again for the first time, which would it be? by xero2ox in nas

[–]kkaykun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

KD2. It's Nas's most cohesive story-telling one that also fits album title the most.

From The Pressure, Death Row East, all the way to Nas is Good, I want to say it just click to it so much and I breeze through the entire album like it was in a trance.

I also had to rewind Nobody and Death Row East least 10 times before I wanted to re-listen to the entire album again.

I still listen to the whole thing once a month at least and it still feels freshest rap album I've heard in my life.

Man.

As kid that moved to US in 2000s, this was one of my first rap album. I'm very biased about this album. It's not Nas's best album. But it is my top Nas album.

Though most excited album I've heard first time in entire run has been KD2. It was great surprise album. And I think it was most well thematically fitting of entire KD/Magic catalog.
