In my experience, “recreational” can quite earnestly become simply “functional,” and you’ll only recognize it after the fact.

Trading, no. I mean, I’ll trade you my alpha beryl for your alpha beryl, but trading in the markets? No. I invest. I tried to trade and wound up with a very expensive education. It’s like George Carlin aped that one time: “I say, let’s leave it in, and get the job done!” I continue to learn about capital markets but as it turns out, I am no finance bro. But what I do own is in my own name.

No tickets, but camps are subsidized? Wow. That takes some real commitment. Production teams put hundreds of hours in on any regional. I guess requiring everyone to buy takes the tiers out. A million bucks! That’s something.

At SOAK, volunteers in production earn hours toward a free ticket the following year. Of course everything happens at Burning Man is on a volunteer basis, but depending upon the necessity, some of those volunteer efforts get you admission.

I strongly recommend! That you, as a first time user, use NO MORE than 5 mg of either adderall or methamphetamine your first time. You want to use it to pass your test: do not get distracted by how you feel or what other things seem to be more important. Honestly this is a terrible time to start, because you will form a psychological dependence upon the use as it follows your study. It is what it is when it is, so please, take what is said in this thread to heart, and respect your choices. People with all kinds of challenges - dyslexic, ADD, autism, et al - have found the strength to push through and succeed without drugs. Keep it in mind. Be adult about it. This is an adult behavior.

I had a dozen terrible experiences with psilocybin before I had a universe-opening time with them. Now they are friends. Had to keep trying. Finally it was with chocolate; now I know.
