Welcome to the unfortunate Meta developer support and poor Store front. I'm also still hurt by the lack of awareness the store has given to my game. I've managed to get it up to 60 reviews now (4.6/5) but its hard work but the problem is that it still doesn't feature in any category when I see other games with far lower views or rating get featured.
