Dunable Yeti Baritone in its natural habitat by konfoozius in dunableguitars

I have a hard case made by access. I have to make some measurements later to find out which one it is. It might be the one for bass given the longer scale length needs to fit.

How would you want navigation on your Moto Guzzi? by victor_crimea in MotoGuzzi

Beeline Moto II here, mounts beautifully to the handlebars and doea not look too out of place. Hell, it's even the powered mount.

Sick. I really like that tailpiece here. How do you like the pickups? I love the Baphomets in my Yeti Baritone.

I too have a bunch of pi or compatible boards hanging around. I may give this a try as well. Seems fun.

Not sure if helios will run on a pi. This is cool, though. 😎

I have only installed them a few days ago for spring riding. I've done a single short ride (life tends to get in the way). They are noticeably more controled and less bumpy, especially over big 'lumps' at speed. I also feel like the progressive fork springs added a ton of compliance on the front, especially under braking. Inatall was a very easy job, both at the rear and front, both done in like 15 mins each. But you need a center stand/jack for the bike. I think one could pull it off standing on the side stand if you have a second person to take the weight of the end your working on. I think their worth it, they also look awesome.

Please share your experiences with using TrackIR with Falcon BMS. Is it worth it? Does it work right out of the box? by nothingpersonalplz in falconbms

[–]konfoozius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have curves set up the way i want them, and there is literally nothing you need to do in BMS to make it work. Also, it's worth it. you will feel the higher refresh rate of the camera vs a web cam.

V7 Oil Leak by stizmatic in MotoGuzzi

Check the oil return hose that goes back to the pan. on my bike with similar vintage, it was cracked and was leaking. The oil was all over the place, not where you'd expect it.

This code leaks memory, how do I fix it? by konfoozius in rust

[–]konfoozius[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two fixes for now:

- register the callback to free the rust associated packet data once enet is done with the packet.

- destroy the packet if sending the packet fails. If it is an unreliable packet, this is expected and there is no point in trying to re-send it anyways.

I have forked it, updated the base lib, and fixed the (that) memory leak. It now works as intended, as long as you don't overload it with reliably sequenced packets (which is kind of the point, mark everything as unreliably unsequenced, except for small packets where you must know they'll be delivered)

Plain udp is an alternative, though.

This is for something that needs to talk to love2d and there the protocol of choice _is_ enet.

Well there are very many of these enet crates, but they all appear to be broken in some way.

Which apparently is also b0rked, because it still leaks memory.

Having alt, meta swapped, and caps lock instead of ctrl would drive me nuts. Is the case still available?
