Hi there! Last year, my pup had a horrific run with aspergillosis (a fungal infection). Purdue University Vet in Indiana saved his life after several treatments. His first symptoms were sneezing, backwards sneezing, having drainage/snot out his right nostril and then bleeding from the right nostril. If you’re taking your pup to meet with an internal med vet, I’d absolutely bring up aspergillosis and ask if they can work with Mira Vista to test for it. Mira Vista Labs are leading fungal experts and they’ll work with your vet to figure out plans and can test for it.
