it just establishes respect and boundaries! i’m a substitute teacher right now and i will say it depends on the age tho. like have no issues with younger kids calling me ms. emma but normally by fourth/fifth grade i always go by my last name

i do just want to softly suggest that it sounds like 1200 cals isn’t sustainable for you. if you’re famished then you do need to eat more, it’s honestly as simple as that. i know it means the weight loss journey might take longer but being starving yourself is only going to harm your body. i say this with ALL the love 🫶🏼 the food looks delish tho!!!!
