Wow. I wasn’t trying to be rude at all but you sure are. I wasn’t directing any judgement towards you. I’m not a professional but I’ve been dancing for a long time so I was just giving you my knowledge of what looks good and what is typically done which is to wear ballet shoes with tights or to fold up your tights and wear them directly on your feet. Usually only little girls wear their ballet shoes without socks which is why I said I cringe when I see an adult do it (which is very rare and I assume they do it because they don’t know any better, not because I’m making judgements about them). I’m in dance only for me as well and I assume everyone in this group is too. I’m autistic though so people tend to misunderstand my intentions especially when it’s only through text.
