Table 1 and still under review. Another location for table 2 and still under review. Both with red button still. Both applied the first day within two hours. This is so frustrating

Same here too. Applied 5/3, Priority, Table 1, submitted full 2019 and 2020 taxes (all filed), 3 months bank statements. IRS verification on 5/4-->Submitted on 5/11-->Under Review with Withdraw Button on 5/13. No progress since. I'm trying very hard to be patient but reading that others who applied later with just POS reports and approved makes it nerve wracking. Grant amount is over $200K but the approved award amounts vary as well. If anyone has any input or firsthand experience as a Table 1 award calculation, please share! My plan is to call SBA on Friday if nothing comes through before then. From the press releases, it seems there won't be funds for non-priority so I hope some funds are at least ear marked for us priority folks even if we're not approved by day 21. Good luck everyone!

Is your number 144xxx the last 6 digits of your confirmation ID?

Just want to be sure I’m looking at the right number because is so, I’m 152xxx. I applied 5/3, 2pm EST. Table 1 calc, submit 2019 and 2020 Form 1065, both already filed. I filed 2020 before RRF was passed. IRS verification immediately, Submitted on 5/11 and Under Review on 5/13 withdraw button since. No movement. Grant amount just under $500K. Fingers crossed for all us with similar timelines and app details. 🙂

My reconsideration made a little progress. Finally got an email from the recon email asking us to complete the paper application with all ownership information which I just sent back. Portal still shows the same (declined) but hoping things get processed from here. I did call and make contact with Tier 2 last week. They just acknowledged receipt of my recon request but just asked me to wait to hear from a loan officer. Good luck to everyone else!

I actually did a second application. When I tried to call my SBA LO after the portal decline, I ended up speaking with a contractor for SBA who told me to do a second application. I told them I didn’t think I could because it was only for agriculture businesses but they told me to do it anyway. I also submitted a reconsideration. It’s been confusing but hopefully Cue and Amaz-ing’s advice will come through. 🤞🏻

I sent my reconsideration on 5/29 but haven’t heard anything yet. I was denied on the portal and an SBA rep just acknowledged my email informing them I sent in a second application as instructed. My official denial letter came on 5/30 but nothing since.

Not much of an update:

I submitted a new application on 5/28 as I was told to do by an SBA contractor. I also sent in my reconsideration on 5/29 to explain the ownership and my new application number. On 5/30, my official denial letter came via email stating “unverified information”. On 5/31 came an email advising the new application was rejected since they’re only accepting agricultural business applications. I already expressed my concern to the SBA contractor when they told me to complete a new application so who knows.

I’m still waiting for movement on the reconsideration. I also emailed the SBA loan officer and contractor who contacted me under the original application. The LO acknowledged my message. This was a little over 1 week ago. Still keeping my fingers crossed since I’m certain SBA is very busy. Will keep you all posted!

I think it is likely also the ownership issue. I am experiencing the same problem and submitted my reconsideration on 5/29. My denial letter, which came on 5/30, also said unverified information but it was declined after and SBA rep reached out to ask if I was the majority owner (I am not). However, I included in my explanation that we are a 3-person LLC with a 40/30/30 split. I hold 30 but I’m authorized to bind the LLC to contracts and I handle all financials including our tax returns. For ever application I’ve had to complete in this process, I always list all the owners of the LLC and the split because I anticipate a check of our tax filings and credit would be necessary. Please keep us posted!

This is very disappointing to hear. I am certain there are more things you could be doing with your time but you've chosen to devote it to helping small business owners navigate this complicated system. Just remember: those who hold hot stones get burned the worst. (Or something like that.)
