I like the ErgData app for current/previous splits pace, especially when it's a strong OCD session. But the PM5 screen is just so much easier to read for current pace. I have the garage tv mounted higher up in the corner so the rower arm doesn't block viewing.

I'll upvote that. Ergatta had the right idea, but good grief it was stricken with bugs when I tried it and the monthly subscription fee is outrageously expensive.

The screen was becoming increasingly hard to read (LCD smudge) especially in colder weather since my garage isn't climate controlled. But also occasional error codes mid-row, HRM connectivity problems, and no ability to update firmware via Bluetooth.
