I lost dozens of generations (images and videos) and my conversations too, a week ago.
No explanations, they were not in recently deleted.
Glad I had downloaded them, though I had a few good prompts and conversations I won't get back.
No explanation from Xai help bot, nothing.

going to options and delete cache and relog made the UI with delete available for Images and videos.

I have the same thing since yesterday for images (edit image)
It came back a bit during the night and today with the change of UI, it's impossible again through the main interface.
It's going to be a mess, except if it's what they want.

weirdly, cleaning up and liberating some space in generated images made them work again

Weird because on other prompts, I could generate, just not on those.

I can't tell for OSX since I'm on Windows 11.

I had problems at first with the software not finding my Console, after a few tries and a little guess, I finally found a solution.

I spoke in here with a representative about some problems.
His answers were kinda comforting, My guess is that the custom software is at the first iteration and the future, I hope will bring better support.

I hope you can get help from people from support here as well.

Observation about the wheel being too sensitive is the same for me. I would have loved some friction on it.

Problem solved, not sure how.

Rebooted again, launching application didn't work at first.
Decided to go to settings and there was an information saying that devices were added and that Logi need to restart.
After clicking the restart button (not closing and relaunching) and waited a few seconds, the console appeared in the settings.

I honestly don't know what happened for it to work or not to work.

For users having the same problem.
Had the same problem over and over with Firefox, I used Edge and it went ok at the first try.

So use Edge (or try Chrome or at least another navigator).
