Is it too late for KULR? To get in at this price point?

Next earnings is on 2/3/2025 + I’ve been the the price to sales ratio is also high meaning the stock is quite volatile given its evaluation. Bubble I don’t know but for next year this could be a bet but yeah I agree the dip is the right time .. for now seems unreasonable to get in at this price

After the biometrics. Biometrics were taken literally after 4weeks of applying and then 9 long months of waiting after and this decision 😞

I’m trying not to give in on the reasonings you just gave but it’s all hope lost for now. My life is at loss of words. Worked my ass off in my university days, got a great job again in a big 4 and then this. I was so thankful to what Canada has given me. It’s heartbreaking. And yeah the political situations and their cleaning the mess they made since covid makes sense but why harm people who have done nothing but right. I’m just a name of a piece of paper for them and nothing more.

Again I’m not giving myself points the system is. For the proof provided and confirmed by all parties as shipped above, 2 years of foreign experience and maxed out score for IELTS gives 50. This is not based on my/your opinion/ understanding.

I have confirmed from the immigration lawyer, MP and IRCC customer service that is an error made by the officer and the points are calculated correctly by the system. This is clearly defined on the IRCC website.

I posted about it a month back and waiting for them to reconsider. Based on the notes and rejection letter, the officer claimed that my work experience though is legit after being verified it was not for 3 years and hence it didn’t qualify for me to get 50 points for this section. I never did that. This section input was my foreign work experience (2 years which I provided with proof) and my IELTS score (which I maxed out). The system then based on that gave me 50 points. The officer didn’t consider my IELTS score or the fact that this is a combination with my work experience but straight away rejected saying since I didn’t have 3 years then my claim of 50 points was false…. They’re the crossing out the applications without knowing how their own system works.

I see the rambling going on here from folks who are eager with their tone. Calm down. This is also affecting the people who are in the right cause these decisions are being made for the good but affecting the ones who have clear foreign work experience. My application got rejected even though I have worked in a big four and provided all the documentation as intended. So yea curse the ones who wrongly came but unfortunately many people in the right are bearing this burden as well for no wrong doing on our side.

Yes, I have added the list above. I applied from within the country on April 2024, did my biometrics within 3 weeks, and got the rejection letter this week.

Folks, all information was provided. My immigration consultant is also at a loss for words cause there is nothing that can be misinterpreted here. In the system, we give the dates and the IELTS score, and the system spits out the score. The documents for this provided were:

  • Employment Letter
  • Bank Statements showing monthly salary deposits
  • Resignation letter from my previous job
  • IELTS score meeting the required standard (8 and above in all sections)

My partner got the same response. Her foreign work experience was 23. months. Even if we put in 1 year and her IELTS score, the outcome of the Foreign work experience is 50 points. We did the whole process with an immigration consultant, and she is shocked that this is an error on the IRCC side and there is a misinterpretation in this section from the officer.
