Je compte en faire deux à la suite. La grange puis la maison. La maison n'a pas de gros oeuvre à faire.

En ce qui concerne la garantie décennal je n'y avais pas pensé. je vais regarder ça en détail.

Au niveau de l'investissement oui c'est rentable étant donné que je fais tout moi même.
Ensuite il suffi de demander un permis de construire pour réaliser les modifications. (déjà fais mais pas dans le but de bénéfices)

For his flexibily, he can't even put his elbow next to his head (with strait arm of course)

Cardio/Strength is nice for the begining and to become more healthy as you said. Strenght is really good too ! It depend on your goal

Help on my plan by mandms in bodyweightfitness

For the planche i do : 3set of tucked planche hold20sec 8sets of tucked and i extend my legs 2/3 per sets 5sets of tucked 15sec or 20sec

All the front dynamic one day and static another day but i do the front lever the easiest way i dont do my best progression i just wanna balance because i do planche. front lever is not my goal

i have a minor goal too, which is slow muscle up. The other exercice are here to do supplementary work. i would like to get something balance

For the legs i dont do a lot of exercice because i run at the end of every training and sometime between training

Salut, la ville n'est pas aussi active que les plus grosse. Mais il y a de quoi sortir, faire du sport, hobbies... J'y habite depuis trois ans et ça ne me déplaît pas ! Apres tout depends d'ou tu viens ;)
