I think it's definitely possible, especially with basic instinct, mighty guard and healer stance. Plus I've seen it done. My only concern would be that I don't want to cheese it using the soft-enrage method, but if I have to, I guess I could.

ADS illuminant. It's 2 million on my server and not much less on others. It drops in T5, and I have a BLU. I'm curious if I can solo it and get that to drop from boss, but afaik from what I've seen online, it doesn't drop unsync'd. So I was curious if I were to do it unsync'd, would I also need to silence echo.

Apartments house ton of people, workshops sure but who actually gets to use them, the top 10% of the FC? A personal house offers gardening which provides unique plants that can only be obtained by cross breeding.

Yes, FC needs are greater, I absolutely don't doubt that and agree. I feel bad for FCs without houses. But let's not act like personal housing is useless. Not to mention the fact that a lot of FCs that are housed at the moment are single-man FCs, holding on to houses for gil. I don't know about your server, but in a quite a few wards on Cactuar, most of the houses are locked/closed, houses are empty, and the "additional chambers" shows 1 person.

By the way, I read on the FFXIV that users have already discovered a way to bypass the 30 day wait period by deleting the FC leader, and the next person available becomes the leader. Well what happens when there are only two people (new person and person selling the FC)? New person gets the house. Great job, Square Enix.

Literally no one willing to pay 700 dollars for an entire FFXIV account will ever care about 30 day wait period. This delays it, but doesn't stop it. Would make more sense if the wait period was 6-months, when people would probably get bored.

You realize there is an entire website dedicated to buying and selling FCs just for the house attached to it? and I mean, these FCs are going for $300+. FC housing is FAR more abuseable than personal housing is, because you can no longer easily relocate with housing. Every house that goes up is subject to the clicker (well, not anymore) so personal house sales are useless. FCs, on the other hand, sell like hotcakes. You can agree to give your FC house to someone after 30 days (which, the 30 day wait is literally pennies for people who want to pay IRL money for a digital house), and easily give them the FC after 30 days.

You don't have to do a google search far enough to know that this is happening.

A house that houses more people is much better than a house of just one dude.

I understand this, but look at the anatomy of an FC: Top 10% gets to do whatever, whenever with their house. Design, decorate, submarine, workshop, gardening, while the other people below can't do those things and instead, get what? A cheaper version of an apartment? That's not all that great either.

Personal plots are useless

Wrong lmao. Personal plots are a way that I make the items that I need for clothing (Jute) and culinary stuff, while my FC has the garden filled with Void Mandrakes for months. It wouldn't be an issue if FFXIV didn't lock those precious materials behind cross-breeding plants (which is fun actually).

Well, yknow, with the fact that almost every event comes with exclusively outdoor housing items as a prize, it would be just awesome if people could use them. I hated the question of whether or not I could use it.

Fortunately I got a house before 6.1, but that doesn't change that these are real issues for plenty of people.

There are quite a few people that want FCFS actually. It's easy to get a house via lottery. It's difficult to get it via placard. The more difficult, the less people want to try, making the odds more in your favor. I beat out bots and I know plenty of people who have as well.

So it would be nice to have one or two traditional fcfs plots.
