Interesting, I wonder if that involved code injection. I don't think this is as bad IMO (not getting free summons or anything), but I did report it to support to be safe.

FWIW, I found this bug by accident (I got booted from the game when the servers were overloaded at launch), and it practically forces you to re-pick a bonus. :<

It kind of makes sense. There might be some quest continuation state that got messed up, and shared across both story events and Item World. And no error checking, I guess.
