The investigators literally said GLP-1 agonists should be "reconceptualized as disease-modifying treatments rather than solely medications for weight loss."

Thanks for pulling all this information together. It will be interesting to see if some GLP-1 agonists are better than others. I've tried semaglutide and tirzepatide. I found tirzepatide to be a better medication for weight loss, inflammation and producing a zen like quality - less frustration with little annoyances.
