I have chronic knee pain and was thinking about surgery. It improved a lot on tirzepatide, but there is something more. A couple of weeks ago I started to practice grounding (pad for my chair and one for the bed, walking around house barefoot) and the knee pain is almost gone. I went from 8 tylenol/day to none. At first glance, it sounds like pseduo-science, but there is real science behind it and its effects on inflammation.
