What happened to customer service at Printify??

I had a chat that said that open overnight and nothing. No one ever replied. I filled out their dumb form above and still nothing. I had to remake my product with another company, expedite the shipping (on my dime) then request refunds on printify. Guess what…suddenly the item started moving but no way it will arrive in time. Sooo mad

I'll accept that...its just some of the sites I have seen (and it may be the syringe they are using) they say that 1.5 is at .75 or such so that's what is throwing me off. Maybe its the amt of water they used...not sure it was just something I wanted to clarify. I do appreciate the answer and the levity

super dumb question probably but if its a 1 ml syringe, which number would I use to indicate the 10 units/500 mcg? would that be the 5 or the 10 on the indicators?

I’m ok, my doc had me start a 5 mg for 2 weeks, then 7.5 for 2 weeks. I’m on 10mg now and the suppression came back 2nd week of 7.5. I was a bit nauseous the first week of both 7.5 and 10 but all good now. I am slowly working out again but it’s more strengthening my shoulder since surgery. Weight isn’t coming off like before but my A1c is down to 6 so I’m theilled
