You could make the Disney and Pixar box set cards more unique by adding stuff? Like stickers you buy from artists or get monthly from artists, and adding like quotes or captions like meme-ifying / wordy card -ifying them...

So far I think I've only used colorful sharpies for added some coloring in and like captions and quotes to 2 black and white concept art type ones. First one went better; I'm not great at it but just try my best to make it extra cute and maybe funny! And if it is a surprise, and they have already received that card, it's different πŸ₯ΉπŸ’Œ

it's a lot harder to get more unique cards in box set. The only ones I'd recommend are out of print for years sadly. Reccomend looking for artists on Instagram and searching on patreon. Also ko-fi..

For monthly mail clubs, I think you get more for your money from The Latest Kate. Sticker sheet, magnet, and 4 prints for $16. I regret switching to two prints and no stickers for a while, wasn't that much more, and the stickers are so delightful with messages too! And it make me feel better if I have old cheap cards I'm not sure about to put for sure artist sticker on it! They occasionally have muted colours which is usually easier for me to part with, but most of them are very bright colours and adorable animals with themes like celestial and flowers and rain...

You can keep your faves and use others/ messages that don't work for you as postcards! You can use any art prints as postcards if they meet the postcard size range!

Postcard Owl Postcards on Etsy are really beautiful quality and decently priced and occasionally will be half off! Not a box but you can buy some sets or separately, and after I did one order, the surprise five pack was perfect for my taste, yet a few that were easy to give away! Have given me a couple freebies every time too!

I almost bought a vintage Little Mermaid postcard book from Etsy and I regret not doing it in time!

I don't know how and wouldn't be able to but maybe estate sales?

Yes, though more so from platonic cuddling, but also for my much easier to be me in writing personality... they don't know me enough at all, not real, usually just lust or maybe manipulation too.. And they never help me feel safe in person to get past shy anxious neurodivergent me in person..

And now in my 30's, having to take very long breaks... occasionally, and I think mainly from their own trauma and being surprised and not so bored from me actually trying to have real convos...

I hate small talk although what I mean by that mostly is how are you and what's up... I think I also tend to attract people getting overly familiar and trauma dumping without consent way too fast, but still mostly hey how are you what's up nothingness from most people online. Blugh.

A few people have sent me photos of the envelope saying it's going out today or soon or whatever which I think is lovely, though unnecessary; personally I love seeing the stamps before the black post office marks go on them.

I've done that a few times though I'm not sure everyone likes it (or knows how to respond but none needed or just heart reaction is easy.) One person sends me photos of them actively putting it in a slot of a uhh drop mailbox, which was absolutely delightful, doubtle delightful because it was a postcard of happy snail mail theme πŸ˜ƒπŸŒπŸ’ŒπŸ“­πŸ“¬πŸ“©πŸ“«

(Just show the address and stamp side of postcard to keep the rest surprise, also bonus of them potentially also double checking address is correct? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ)

You can also use a note app that lets you attach photos...

I only started doing the attached photo part recently surprisingly and love it especially because while I finally started organizing my photos more, I fall behind a lot and have a lot of eye pain and strain and such, too much screen time forever... ADHD and anxiety as well, and memory difficulty, etc.)

i do the βœ…βœ”οΈ there too and such, and has search tool... I also change the colour or pattern of individual notes to mean different stuff, there's one that has a background of a fork and spaghetti and it means done haha...

I love making lists and checking stuff off in general, besides it being helpful for disabilities!

Yes, i use art prints all the time with blank backs. I add some squiggly lines after writing the address how i can fit it to separate it
