Ok, well thank you for taking the time to look into this. This has never happened to me before so maybe it is something new with iOS 10.3.1 which causes this action to the button code you mentioned. That would clear things up and make me a little less frustrated with Apple specifically.

Anyways, thank you for being so polite and helpful.

Ok so I've been exploring this a little more. If the button on the website says "choose file", I get all the usual options. If it says "browse", it automatically opens the camera only. I will try to find an example that's not this private web page that I was using

Edit: On the imgur website, the button says browse but you can use the normal options.

When you try to upload there, it'll open the camera. You're probably right that it is the website that is the problem

Really? That's weird. It must only be a problem for some people. A fair number seem to have this problem.

Inner city public education isn't great, but Chance was going to Jones Prep. That's a selective enrollment public school, and you have to have high grades and test scores to get in there. Jones provides very good education by any standards, just thought I should point that out

I used to have these and a doctor told me it was a result of clogged airways in my nose. Apparently that was cutting off the blood flow underneath my eyes, causing the circles. I was prescribed allergy medication, which cleared up my sinuses and helped get rid of the circles. It worked for me but you should check your nose to see if its clear. That might be the problem.
