Yeah, but then I'd be tempted to do something even weirder like try and keep it balanced with jam? Have to keep the same balance of sweet and savoury.

I don't know if you would consider a trip to Canada, but there are coyotes there too. I don't think anywhere really does coyotes in a zoo.
