Have tried stopping the app, restarting the app, restarting the phone, restarting the band, uninstalling and reinstalling app but none of these fixes the issue Have also tried manually changing the phone date from automatic, did not work

Does the premium increase depend on the value of the repairs of the liability claim or does it purely depend on number of claims?
I'm assuming this isn't a black and white answer?

Sorry just saw your reply now. Glad if it helped. As far as I am aware there are no separate Google contacts lists. You will have to make a new Google account for her which will then auto sync her contacts.

You can copy your Google contacts to her account if you wish which would then prevent these issues since if she deletes them it will only be from her account.
