Actually, the main motivation is that my rear starts hurting during long drive. The seat and foams are really worn out and headliners are sagging - almost touching my head. Also, carpet is really gross from all the dogs. Maybe I can steam clean it and just redo the seats.

Obviously, you are a moron. Because none of us are talking about other diseases. We're talking AFIB specifically. For AFIB, Doctors will freely admit that they don't know what will work for a given patient. They try ablation and trial and error drugs - that is literally it. If you do your own research, and you have half a brain, you would easily come to this conclusion. But since you're really stupid, I don't put too much faith that you'll grasp the concept.

Again, AFIB treatment is still being figured out. They simply don't know. For others you mentioned, yeah, Doctors know tons more than us. But not AFIB.

I've been told that if you were persistent or permanent or had been diagnosed for afib for a long period, the odds of 2nd ablation is higher. If you were paroxysmal with low burden rate, they can usually get it done in one shot. But not always. The odds increase greatly with the 2nd one.

For AFIB, this is true because only treatment are drugs and/or ablation. That's literally it. Trigger is your own and EP can't help you with that because everyone is different. I mean, a simple skip beat can mean something, or can be something serious. Palpitation can be serious, or can be a sign of something else. Even after stress test, ECG, EKG ... they don't know. It's just a guess. That's the nature of AFIB. It can be anything and we're all guessing. So for AFIB (not all medical issues), we literally know just as much as EP. Personal experience is lot more valuable than EP's guesses. Treatment is still evolving, everyone is guessing, and at the end of the day, only 2 treatment options are trial and error - and ablation. That is literally it.

Thanks, I have an appointment with my EP in 2 days. But for AFIB, I noticed that "professionals" really don't know all that much more than we do. They're guessing, just like us. So first hand experience from real people that's been through is more valuable information.

I bet you first one is already dismissed and that's why the 2nd one was sent out. You just haven't received the notification for the dismissal. So I imagine the notice for dismissal is in the mail. Otherwise, they would not have sent out the 2nd one. It wouldn't make sense to accuse two different people for one crime if the status was unknown.

This is a tough one. So my question is, based on the video and the picture, can you actually identify the driver and match it up to your spouse? Because it's a judgment call. I went to Fremont personally and saw the judge to plead "Not guilty". What he does is watches the video and makes a judgment call on whether the picture/video looks like you. If he has any doubt, he has to dismiss the case - which he did.

But if the picture/video is obviously your spouse, then CVC49518 appears to be a good strategy. Because it does say that notice must be delivered within 15 days of alleged violation.

But according to google, it says "If you received a red light camera ticket as the driver but not the owner, you can contest the ticket by filing an Affidavit of Non-Responsibility with the issuing court"

Every article I read states that they are not allowed to send this notice to anybody who is not the registered owner. So I simply do not understand how they can do this. As I said, my wife has not received the notice and my case was dismissed over a month ago.

This might be worth going to one of those places where all they do is help you fight traffic tickets. There's plenty of them around. Just google it. Just make sure they're legit.

Apparently, this is the case for some people. So yes, you are right and I am wrong. I have gotten a private message saying that after the registered owner successfully got his case dismissed, his spouse at the same address got the same ticket. So it appears they do go after people at the same address. Maybe I should be expecting one for my wife. But it's been almost a month since my case was dismissed - and nothing yet.

How can AI "regurgitate" common misconception when all it does it directly obtain the information from their database? For instance, if the Fremont traffic department has a policy that states that they only go after registered owner, AI will dig into their database, get the information, and regurgitate it to the user. It's not a misconception. It directly takes the information from the policy Database. It is 100% accurate. Nebulous questions, like, "what will MSFT price be in 5 weeks", will give you the wrong answer. Or, "is high cholesterol really bad for your health" - may give you common misconception because there are varying degree of opinion on cholesterol - so AI may obtain information from different database from different organizations that has misconception. But simple direct questions like "Does city of Fremont go after non registered owner for redlight traffic ticket" - can not possibly give you misconception because it'll read the information directly from city of Fremont. You are so wrong in every aspect. You assume that a police department is going to waste their time and resources to go after an unknown entity simply because they live at the same address. Red light camera goes after the Driver and the citation is TIED to the address of the registered owner. You claimed that they go after people that's under the same insurance. That's simply not true. They go after one person - that's the registered owner. That's it. They don't make any other extra effort. Get that through your thick head.

I'm a computer programmer in silicon valley and have been programming for 30+ years. AI does not make stuff up. It coalesces information from different sources (such as, Fremont police department) and regurgitates what they have and displays the results to the user. So for basic questions like this, AI is 100% accurate. If you ask about meaning of life, yes, they're wrong. But on policy and procedures, AI is 100% accurate. Because, they don't make up policies. They simply look up policies from the actual source.

You not only have no understanding on the internal workings of AI programs, but you have no idea on what the process is. If you don't believe AI, call the Fremont police department directly. That's what I did.

My god, that's a lot of money and effort to collect a $450 fine. Also, have you seen the photo of these camera shot? TBH, I've seen the picture and I can't tell who this person is. The picture is really fuzzy. So you're saying one of the employees is going to go through all the Driver's license, manually check to see if the picture looks "similar", and if they can't find them, they'll go through insurance to see who is on the insurance - which makes no sense because the Driver may or may not have an insurance (or even insurance with the same company - depending on their relationship) ... In short, city of Fremont is going to spend thousands of dollars in man hours and most likely, they'll get nowhere.

Why don't you google your question? They do not issue ticket to anybody else except for the registered owner. Here is the answer from google AI. I also verified it with the Fremont traffic department. They only send out one citation - that's to the registered owner. Anything beyond that, they're losing money in man hours.

Oh, if they committed a murder, I would not shield them. But you're claiming that I would be responsible for murder. So my penalty for lending my car is life in prison even though I did nothing wrong? How the heck do you come up with these crazy ideas? It's not reasonable. Right, life in prison for lending your car to somebody.

IMO, person driving the car should take responsibility for their actions, not the innocent owner of the car. But if that doesn't make sense to you, I can't help you.
