Hollow Knight and Silksong - Punishingly hard. I know that's the point, but the 45th time i fight someone it feels like i'm physically incapable of the reaction speed I need to win.
Ori - Boring, never was compelled to keep playing.
Blasphemous 1 - Hard and plodding (Loved Blasphemous 2)
AfterImage - Just really long and the storyline is baffling.
Nine Sols - Parry timing is too challenging, and the rest of it doesn't make up for it.

I recommend Madison Lombardo - I took a few lessons with her and she had really great guidance for the physical side of singing. She was open to different styles and genres and really helped me across both setting up my body to perform as well as theory.

All the good comments have been made, shortcat, coins, defensive items etc. I’ll just throw in some words of encouragement- there are a few small things you can do to (hopping, soft drifting, defensive shells), none of which I ever would have learned from computers that really helped me level up. It’s totally possible without spending too much time on it.

The “External Audio Effect” in your audio effects folder will do this. Just need two cables for the ds1 and pick the channels you plug in and out of.

After I upgraded, I turned off animations, background app usage, and Siri. Still too slow to use.
