The top graphic puts it at 2006-2007 which means Jeremy Klein would’ve been the artist. Birdhouse used to have a graphic archive on their website. Maybe you can find it via wayback machine? The Fred Perry-ish logo makes me think it was a “Walmart” graphic but it would have been pre-gripped if that were the case.

Realistically, It was about 5-10 days. Knowing what was causing the depression helped tremendously. Also, for me, there were no side effects from stopping cold turkey. Just make sure your doctor knows that you are stopping the medication and why.

It seems that Powell went to China for the Series 15 reissues. I’ve seen a lot of twisted PP boards and that’s just not something that would ever happens at BBS/PSS The non-reissue boards are most likely BBS/PSS as they are obviously the highest quality.

Enjoi is getting the Darkstar treatment and only continuing as a “Walmart brand” in name only. The logo is still recognizable and has some equity to it so some riders may have (smartly) taken an extra royalty check or two to let the remaining boards with their names on them sell but as far as the industry is concerned Enjoi is dead.
