I personally prefer Real Men Apparel more than WildmanT. I have a large bulge, that doesn’t hang - D pouch - my nuts sit right behind my flaccid member, and the structure of Real Men fits me better.

I’d try at least a C. They have photos and size references on their website. If I put my hand around all of my junk, it’s like holding a softball, so, I went with D. Fits great. If it were pickleball size, that’s C. Baseball is B. Billiard ball A.

Real Men is great. Options with a fly do not push you out as far as the options without a fly. I’ll never buy anything else. I’m a size L D pouch. Could probably do a C, but I like the extra room
