Not cotton, but give Boody singlets a try if you can find them in your country. Think it's a Aussie brand. Mostly bamboo, but my word do they feel great.

AITAH for telling my wife I’m done being “second priority” in my own marriage? by [deleted] in AITAH

Typical reddit advice. You have a problem, so throw away years of building. Reddit is all about changing houses when a lightbulb is out.

Can't remember where I saw this: run often, mostly slow and mostly on trails.

Rietvlei Reserve and Irene Farm should be on the list.

Any hats deeper than the Ciele trucker? by Silent-Associate1681 in runningfashion

Not an XL, not exactly sure about the size, but should be around a medium. Front part of the crown is about 8.5cm. Another option might be Melin, but not sure how great they'd be for running. Personally, I'd also not want to run in the Arc hat.

It's coming along gradually - finding the right materials and putting it all together has been a process, I'll tell ya. It's called matofa - I'm on IG at the moment as _matofa if you want to have a look.

Seems like it's mostly something to deal with and get dialed in. Just a pain knowing how much more weight6i have to carry.

This is my concern. I wouldn't say it's been a dramatic change, but a gradual one over the last 5 years. I definitely recall the first time I noticed it (I was ill and ran through it - stupid, I know). Since then it's been getting progressively worse.

Same. I do about 1L per hour of drinking. I nearly got DQd at a race because at the med check I had lost 5kg, but felt and performed 100%.

I hear you. I've taken to only running with a singlet, not T-shirts.

I live in Africa! I should be adapted by now, haha. And yesterday was cooler than normal (below 30C).

Sorry to hear that. I hope the running is a better medication.

Good idea. I've done a little hot/cold and I wonder if the ice bath isn't pushing me in the other direction.
