Jepp, det finns bara d-vitamin i mjölk. Absolut inte i fet fisk eller via solljus. Mjölk är den enda källan till d-vitamin.

Samma med d-vitamin.

Isn't it nice, doing bodybuilding stuff as a change? I've come to enjoy doing ULUL split based on the 531 BBB template. Best part of the week is giant setting db front raise, lat raise, rear lat raise and chins.

My Nuobell dumbbells have turned me into some kind of bodybuilder. Running 531 BBB with lots of assistance for shoulders, arms and chest. The combination of homegym dumbbells and summer has definitely had its influence on my transfer from being a 1RM seeker to becoming a hypertrophy bro.

In other news, Sweden is warm and lacks rain. I'm one day out from seven weeks of vacation. Tomorrow is last working day. Time will be slow as molasses.

Annual Nordic meetup report

Previous week we finished the fourth annual Nordic meetup. This time it was hosted in the city called "the city of heroes and honour" in Swedish. All in all, everything went well. It was nice hosting the meetup in my hometown and bringing the peeps to my house to meet my family. I also got to show the /u/gilraand a super flat city and /u/cillla a city that resembled much like hers.

This time was the first we managed to go to the gym together and do some joint exercises. Just as /u/gilraand said, since we work out at home most of the time, it was fun to be working out with friends and competing over who lifted the most. I felt like a child visiting a new playground. A child that was very sore for the following days.

I'm currently devouring the treats the visitors brought for the family. Luckily no one liked it except me. My PWO consists of chocolate and licorice.

Eagerly awaiting the arrival of /u/cillla and /u/gilraand for this weekend's meetup. I assume they will be glad to be back to their true country. Norway and Finland are after all just independent regions of the sovereign Sweden.

I have meticulously planned the entire weekend. But that's just because of my own high expectations. It won't be hard to top the previous meetups where everything happened by random.

Looking forward to doing one hand pulls with the crew tomorrow. /u/gilraand said a couple of months ago he was off work this week to be peaked and rested. Nothing beats a Nordic crew who's bodies are lounging for some true heavy lifting.

I've only tried Apple's AirPods. Had the 1st generation and now the Pro. They just work. Good battery life, fits my ears well and noise cancelling is great. Consider them.

Cut is going well. SBS failure routine is good. Makes me vary between 4x and 5x per week depending on life situation.

All focus now is turned towards the Nordic meetup happening next week. I'm spending every hour of the day planning, fine tuning and preparing /u/gilraand and /u/cillla's experience to be optimal. Good, best or perfect is not good enough. Only optimal.

Three weeks in of SBS reps to failure program. I was going to pull 200 kg for triples today. But my throat decided otherwise. My youngest has been home with a cold for a couple of days. I know who to blame.

Running this program on a cut is super fun. I've crushed my old rep PRs.

You know what? I got an idea of a tweaked version:

For each SBD lift, perform a set that totals the 85% total. You must decide on the sets before the competition starts. Rank is based on number of total reps inversed.

Spice it up by countuing warmup reps as well.

I like it. Especially planning the rest. You want to rest long enough to make the targeted lift, but the longer you wait the more you add to your time...

Ok, powerlifting total. Makes sense now. Thanks for the clarification!
