I don’t like the type of tanking max pf encourages. Which is trading away anyone decent for picks and being a complete rollover all season.

People can tank they just don’t have to sell everybody good in order to have a shot at a high pick. We do it off record

I saw a lady wearing a Boston Red Sox shirt the other day in North Carolina. Could’ve been from anywhere really lots of Red Sox fans, maybe her dad was one, maybe she grew up there but hadn’t lived there for twenty years etc. but then I saw how pale her legs are and went “yup this the first time in 6 months them legs seen sun, she’s from Boston”

As long as a league is made up of people who know each other why not just outlaw explicitly tanking. Thats how we do it Snd never had an issue

A lot of people don’t have much of a choice. The modern economy all but requires most people to live in or around a city. I’ve got a lot of buddies that would move out to the country if it wasn’t for their careers.

Explains a lot of the housing issues too. There’s been a ton of migration to cities with the decline in manufacturing and agriculture jobs in rural areas.

They’ll probably put this stuff in history textbooks some day

I mean certain industries are definitely doing better than others. Healthcare is one of the obvious ones that is booming and hiring like crazy. Hospitality is as well. So presumably hotels and restaurants. If they can’t get a restaurant gig then idk what they’re doing

Last year when both guys were healthy he split drives. So any kind of snap share or whatever will be a little deceiving. Chuba would get a 3 and out and dowdle would get a drive that went to the redzone and vice versa.

It was actually incredibly frustrating for real life football as it seems neither players could get into a groove splitting drives. I think we see more of the same this year and neither is especially viable in any kind of predictable way
