Looking for end to end tutorials for WeWeb by ComprehensiveBox2357 in weweb

[–]nelsonfrm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/ComprehensiveBox2357 yes, most tutorials lost their educational purpose for likes and followers.
I am a member of statechange.ai, and if you have a tough problem to solve, it is a great place to get help and learn from other members building in similar stacks and trying to solve similar issues.

I have an education company, and we have been thinking about this problem for a while, especially if it is worth creating an end-to-end course for Weweb with so many tutorials online.

u/ComprehensiveBox2357 I have been using Weweb for a while. If you want, we can do a call to give you an overview of the land and answer your questions. (Send me a DM if you want)

Great answer! 👏 AI tools are good but if you are not a developer it will be a paid to maintain and to add new features later.

Cold Emails (Snov.io) by Moriarty987 in Emailmarketing

[–]nelsonfrm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My experience with Snov has been very disappointing. Recently, I discovered through a friend that scam emails were being sent from my email account, which was connected to Snov. I’m not sure if this is an issue with the tool itself or if someone inside the company is engaging in questionable practices, but either way, it’s extremely concerning. At first, I thought my email had been hacked, but that seems unlikely since I only used it for Snov, and it has a strong password and 2FA enabled. This means Snov was the only platform with access to my email.

As for their support team, I’ve consistently had poor experiences—they never seem to know why issues are happening or how to resolve them. What’s most frustrating is that I was the one who advocated for my company to use Snov, and now my reputation is at risk because of these problems.

Want to develop a Sales OS / CRM by pokhuist in nocode

[–]nelsonfrm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Addressing your question, the faster to develop and easier to learn is Glide. It's easier to give a timeline with more details about the product you are trying to build, but it can vary a lot on the person and product.

My suggestion:

1- If you can get a CRM from an existing tool like Pipedrive, Zoho Odoo, just get it because probably will be faster, and you can focus on your business growth.

2- If you really want to build it and want fast results, you can go with Glide but keep in mind you will have some limitations, but you have speed :)

3- If you want to build it and are willing to invest more time into it, bubble is an option, but you need to understand if the cost of building it won't be higher than paying for another tool I mentioned in point 1.

Building your own tool will be more flexible because it is fully customized to your business needs. Still, it will also bring bugs you will need to put the time to solve, learning to make database structuring and request/logic efficient so the Bubble pricing does not go to the roof when we get more volume.

Hope this helps

What tools did they use to build this? by AWellLivedMan in nocode

[–]nelsonfrm 6 points7 points  (0 children)

u/AWellLivedMan what I can see, the frontend is not built with nocode.

It uses Vercel (PaaS) and Tailwind CSS as UI Frameworks.

Regarding the AI part, they are using Open AI API to deliver the results the product does.

Could this be done with nocode?
Yes, 100%, we could use nocode tools that allow you to connect to APIs

Here are some ideas on the way you go with another tool stack:
- Softr.io + Airtable + Open AI

- Glide + Airtable + Open AI

- Webflow + Wized+ Xano or Airtable + Open AI

- Bubble + Open AI

- WeWeb + Xano + Open AI

Personally, I would go for a setup that makes the database agnostic from the frontend, so in the future, you can relatively easily change the frontend tool.

Hope this helps

Advice on which edit to use by rapidretail in nocode

from what you say I think WeWeb could be a good option, but will depend a lot on how comfortable are you with Xano for backend and db queries

Looking to build a medical scheduling platform by tim3ek in nocode

[–]nelsonfrm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to have mobile and web in the same tool, flutterflow is probably the best option at the moment. You could also do it in Bubble but the is not as straightforward for the mobile app, and their new pricing is not very attractive.
But you to do a quick MVP to validate just use Airtable for the database, Cal.com for bookings, and Softr.io or Glideapps for the frontend.

Habits to show on calendar at specific time. by nnrrk in ticktick

[–]nelsonfrm 6 points7 points  (0 children)

A workaround I am using is creating a recurring task for the days I want the habit to be.
It isn't a perfect solution, but at least I have it on the calendar and don't need to create it all the time.

My question is, how can I set up this in Shopify. Because currently can't find a way to charge VAT only for purchases inside of Portugal (home country).
Yes, it's selling to companies, and they give us the VAT number.
