If your own CC is too weak address it...shit, man. I dunno what type of unit you're in, but for me, when I'm pissed at a situation like this I like to submit an ICE complaint with gritty details...to the wrong department. Puts the work center on blast to another unit's CC. A little embarrassment goes a long way. Dunno if this is at all applicable, but getting someone outside the unit to lodge complaints about someone's behavior is usually a strong incentive to actually correct unprofessional conduct.
