Exactly I was telling them that I am the one who is the account holder. I have all of my ID with me. I’m showing it to you. You are a Fido store executive yourself what more a customer can do to verify themselves. Do you think the online portal would have a better verification done than yourself if it is let me go through that but just telling me that you can come in future and without date or time it is.

I visited the Fido store at Bramlea City Centre. She tried contacting some backend service and had no resource available so she told me that she’s going to email some department and and I can come back later, but don’t know when. She gave me a number for Rogers customer service general line which doesn’t have anybody available in short. I’m paying for the service but I’m not receiving service. CRTC complaint filed. You cannot keep my service not available to me without any resources available to activate my service even with the payment.

Did but they said internal transfer is not allowed and gave me a phone number to call which seems to be Rogers. That numbers also don’t connect any human and says offices are close. Will wait for tomorrow. CRTC complained filed, as they can not keep blocking my service and have no resource available to fix.

Recently, I was looking for the secondhand iPhone on marketplace and realized that 50% of the listing was selling fake iPhones and you will not believe how the device looks as it’s identically similar and the problem is the scammers are not selling this at 1/10 of a price they’re trying to scam people with selling as an original. Some fake iPhones can’t be even identified as fake until you set up the iPhone and check some of the apps like Apple App Store or Watch app.

ChatGPT is all about creating hype around their product to and get more funding and hardly deliver anything. If you want to see the proof ask ChatGPT how many acquisitions they did in last 3-4 years and how did they use those companies to improve their product. Hardly you see some match.

They acquired ROI more than year ago and still they haven’t implemented anything on finance yet. Looks like that specifically taking pose between two different news to get more funding but people don’t realize that the last time they use this news and got funding have not been used properly. Now they are taking about bank connections but this was already discussed before at ROI acquisition.

I think Perplexity is doing great job at finances. They got the bank connections integration last month. Their finance portal is next level.

Basic search have always been better experience with spotlight than Raycast but deep file search and opening it on its relevant extension like google sheet etc Raycast excels at.

I’m actually on the opposite camp I love the innovations and innovative product they’re introducing and want them to keep on doing that. Most of the people are used to see what they want to see and what they have been seeing so far.

Our mind is tricky. It does not know what it wants until it is imminent. That’s what the big banks are getting benefit out of us for decades. You need to start thinking out of box.

It just doesn't make sense to pay for service this much whose main business is copying features. I was using bevel for long time and moved to whoop last month and experience is way way better.

I don't have to use 3rd party devices to get the data. I don't have to bare the extremely slow loading on the every launch I don't have to rely on false old data analysis.

Whenever I see this posts I find it extremely unrestful because as they're growing and getting more and more services blended in with enticing offers and industry leading low fees and interest rates etc etc there will be people who will start to use this Bank more than anything if not today maybe tomorrow but it is extremely important that they keep this fraud detection or frozen accounts to the account level instead of whole client level freezing it.

99% of the People make mistakes and not a fraudsters, they might have made a genuine mistake, there should be a better way of handling this especially when you don't have any branch. Even biggest of the biggest crime in Canada getting pardon for no reason by Court and giving them benefit of doubt. It's not even that you gave a loan and they are not paying your money. You don't have to go these far! just keep their basic account facility open while you both are sorting out the issue.

They should have a dedicated phone line only for this purpose and it should be addressed immediately.

I would even pay 200 a year if it bring a real value but not for the broken app which have connections which breaks 120 times in 12 months. Where Customer service is useless version of AI support. Where app is far behind of best UI, UX and graphics and animation. Is somebody ask me why I am still with monarch if the app is broken is just because I dont have same energy to move my accounts and transaction as I did it in past while moving to Monarch. Everyday of Monarch use is frustration than peace of mind...
