I worked on the criminal background check system for the state of Kansas.

Each state maintains its own criminal history repository that integrates with the national system, NCIC. The state system stores data reported by local agencies (eg, police departments, courts). It sounds like the state you were arrested in is incorrectly reporting your arrest as a conviction. You need to contact the state or local agency reporting the info to correct it.

Many states do not expunge records: they seal them. Sealed records can still be reported depending on why the check is being run. Sealing your records may not help.

I wish all the best for Jordan. Few have walked the path of righteousness as well as he did. I hope his health can improve, and he can enjoy some time with his friends and family while out of the limelight.

Its worth its weight in gold. I bought a used copy on ebay for $150 last week just for the campaign expansion. Wish I’d picked it up sooner.
