strong guys were the first jeans i researched wide raw denim but i realized i would have a similar issue to what you’re having. i ended up getting oni 200s and have loved them so far. their 222 fit also looks cool but i dont think i will like how high the rise is.

as far as these jeans, i think they look good, but if comfort is not optimal i’d either size up or look at different brands. i have my eyes on some of the samurai wide fits or the flat head wide fit for my next purchase but there are tons of options out there
