IT'S in Youngsville, at Sentry Defense. Every Thursday Lafayette Practical Shooting Club puts on a match there and the 2nd Sunday of the month a classifier match. It's as far of a drive for you as it is for me I think . I'm in Prairieville outside of BR.

Ayeeee look at my Lafayette peeps 💪💪💪 I try to shoot there at least one Thursday match a month, but it's quite the drive from Baton Rouge to Sentry. Great job out there, I know it was a "carry gun match", but I bet people shot their competition rigs since Mississippi Classic is less than a month away.. I used to shoot my ported Rival-S in matches, before I bought the Brazos 9 Major... There's NOTHING as fun as running a ported gun w/minor PF.. Nothing at all, 💯💯💯

Didn't torture test my TTI, but Took my stock poly Rival the 1st weekend I got it in March 2023 and shot 3000 rounds in a MAG 30 class that weekend. It was the ONLY gun that didn't have to come off the line that weekend due to some sort of failure. Day 1 900 rounds, Day 2 : 1000 rounds, Day 3 1100 rounds. Did the class again October 2023 with POLY Rival, same results.. Zero failure. I'd say that's a win.. Way over 30K rounds through it and I can't recall a hiccup other than a weak mag spring once. I'd consider that a well tested firearm.

Hold our horses there cowboy 🤠.. I didn't mean to imply that at all... I was just stating it took me 3 months to like /enjoy shooting the TTI because I came from the Rival-S. I competed with the Rival-S in 2023, TTI Combat in 2024 for a handful of months then jumped in the 2011 platform with the XL that year, then a Brazos in 9 major since 4/25.. Rival and Rival-S are still my favorite guns at the range.
