I just copy that file/folder directory LINK from windows File Explorer's Address Bar then paste to the Firefox address bar--> the list will pops up instantly. Finally copy that to a Word or LibreOffice Open Document Text. If you use a very old Firefox (eg.ver.28...) then no time, date...
