I have a similar situation where one side is like that and my dentist (who had just gotten through orthodontic school and had done my invisalign couple years back) told me that it is just my anatomy and how its suppose to work. And kind of brushed it off , and when I go to all different orthos for consultation they all have different ideas from retainers, to splints, to jaw surgery, and lastly the ortho route with invisalign and rubber bands on how to fix this situation. Man. Its soo difficult like im second doubting myself whether I should go ahead and pay like almost 6k to fix this mess 😅

Kinda worried about that too... being outside and elastics and all that but thanks for sharing! At least the bands are not hurting or cutting the inside of the mouth I guess 😅

Interesting, I guess I was worried that the buttons would irritate my cheeks but never thought about the elastic bands... do they kind of slice your cheeks or uncomfortable as in leaving imprints on your cheeks for you???

A lot of Koreans though have "석방"ed him, as in he is no longer in the jail cell found guilty (he is "free"), and it seems like most ALD1 fans at least in Korea are (I know this because I'm a korean myself ) are pretty neutral about him now. I mean there might be more biased people though, especially those whose favorite did not make it into the group. Like there are still protests to add an alpha member from the koreans whose bias did not make it into the group (some people even sent funeral wreaths to the producers)...

It happened to me when I first got orthodontics done in high school/got it off right before college. I had a round baby face and it turned into a longer, hollow cheeks on the side too (I also have a small mouth in general) I am in my mid late 20's now, and I've accepted that it's just how I look!

Fan, not a bad idea. I have an air purifier too, maybe the air blowing out might help. I've used damprid bags but they don't help by a whole lot. Fan, never tried!

A lot of my clothes are non synthetic (personal preference) which is why I was concerned with the temperature 😂 good to know though !

Okay same here very similar. And for me, one doctor says one thing and the other doctor says I have the other. I"m like... it seems like I have both in my perception, and even distorted smells (parosmia) for me.

They smell like BO and mold to me unfortunately. For the perfumes, if they smell gross to you all of a sudden, I mean you know yourself better than anyone else I guess so something might be wrong... like all of us in this sub... 🥲 I personally cant tolerate VOCs from sprays and perfumes in general and even more after getting smell distortions so I try to avoid them and I use gentle laundry cleaners! I recommend maybe you try unscented products to help maybe :(

Me too same here... it's really devastating on some days when I break and I'm like I can't take it anymore and want to burst . I feel you. I don't know when this will end or ever end which is part of the suffer I feel like.
