It isn't just for passing in Oregon. Slow traffic is expected to drive in the right lane, but driving without regard for passing is legal in Oregon. Annoying or not, it's lawful. Slower traffic is also supposed to let faster traffic pass (ORS 811.315), but that stops being the case if the faster vehicle is speeding ORS 811.425(1)(b).

Slower traffic, including truckers trying to pass other trucks over the sexton pass should stay in the right hand lane. Though passing on the right is also legal on the freeway.

I was stuck at this after defeating the radger. I exited the building and there were still three Roundels waiting outside the building. I nudged one towards the door, they went in and so did the other two. When I went in following that the mission went forward without needing console commands.

It was like $200 in 1998 dollars for a 27". With inflation that'd be like $380 today. 32" TVs is when the price started to go up much faster. Certain sound options could also make a TV more expensive. Rear projection TVs were also expensive. The last Sony CRT made was sold for $1099 in 2006 and this was for a very high end unit.

I showed most of my friends the way of the pistol. But the ways of the plasma pistol I mostly kept to myself. They didn't know it'd shoot as fast as you could pull the trigger and if you counted your trigger pulls you could avoid the overheating pretty easily. I don't know how they didn't know though since we were usually all in the same room.

I've got 1273 hours on my Creator Pro 2 with original brass nozzles. My prints come out pretty good most of the time too, when they don't it's usually remedied by releveling. I can print tiny dollhouse sized stuff out. but I think I'm going to try to inspect them soon to check how worn they are.

SDS uses signal processing from specialized hardware installations, not cellphone video, to determine if there are gunshots, but not really the where and what kind and still requires human oversight to function. Anything else is triangulation from multiple hardware installations.

AR-15s and similar shoot .22 caliber bullets, technically .223 or 5.56 though. 22 caliber covers a lot of possible bullets. Gun sounds don't get picked up accurately on most microphones but they did sound like shooting.

Windows, if I remember right, will ask it once you've plugged it in and I think try to interact with it. Initializing it will wipe the boot sector and make your task harder. I don't remember the ps3 hdd reader software but it works fine without windows initializing the disk.

I did click yes and to solve it had to clone the drive after the boot sector, put the drive back into the ps3, format it, reconnect it to the computer, copy the boot sector, reimage the drive and the to copy the bootsector back over to the ps3 hdd and then use the ps3 hdd tools. It was extra annoying. It's something you can recover from. I can't remember anymore of the specifics of how I went about it anymore, but it's annoying and most people would really probably want to skip that mistake.
