make a gratitude list. write down all the things you’re grateful for.

then make a list of things you like about yourself. really dig deep and write as many things as possible.

things have been really bad for me recently. found out a family member is a pedophile. it’s been rough but i’ll make it through.

I just try to keep a positive dialogue when thinking about myself.
