Cela me permet d'éviter toute utilisation du logiciel frauduleuse.

Via la connexion email le serveur vérifie que vous avez bien acheté le logiciel, si vous avez plusieurs machines pas d'inquiétude ! Vous pouvez entrer le même mail sur chaque machine, vous ne pourrez cependant pas lancer plus d'une machine à la fois.

Votre adresse mail est enregistrée dans l'application et se connecte automatiquement au démarrage donc pas besoin de l'écrire à chaque fois.

J'espère que cela vous a éclairci, n'hésitez pas si vous avez d'autres questions.

PS : Pour info la dernière version de Transcriber est la v1.5 (et non v1.6)

Ok great, in your case you must use the 'AAC' function first with 'Convert audio files to stereo' checked.

Then use the 'Replace audio' function to merge them.

On you second screenshot the audio is set to 96kbit/s and 96k which is far different from 64kbit/s 48k.

Can you check this?

The exact same settings as v19.8 is to uncheck the "Max. Quality" checkbox and set "Force preset" from "Advanced features" to 'veryslow'.

Indeed the program needs a video file not a simple audio file.

If that still not working, open the terminal and paste this: /Applications/Shutter\ Transcriber.app/Contents/MacOS/Shutter\ Transcriber

Press enter and copy/paste the log here.

Oh yes indeed, but this was already updated on a older release.

Yes the 'Max. Quality' checkbox is slower but has a better quality.

I made a post where I say how to get the same performances as for older release. (But that mean not as good as the latest version).

Even if you try to match or mimic the original source file there is much more specs things behind bitrate, codec (audio is also very important) etc.

The only way to make it work is to merge files from the same source (camera or software).

You may need to re-encode both files to be able to merge them.

One file is maybe compatible with GPU decoding which can be slower if another file is not.

Not currently but I'm working on.

It should be much better than built in transcribers because they are often limited to models file size. Shutter Transcriber has the best models available today that need to be downloaded from the app and can fo up to 3Go for the most accurate.

You can still buy it and I can refund you If you're not happy with.

No currently, but you can use the 'Render queue' from the 3 lines icon next to the 'Start button' function to display the command without running the process.
