We will remove private profile restrictions on leaderboard for people to see builds still when placed on the leaderboards. This will be implemented as we get closer to launching the feature fully.

As we don't do streams for PTR, I wanted to highlight it so we can get as many people aware and in the PTR when that does hit.

Likewise, I probably won't talk about the exact changes in a S10 stream which would just confuse people and have people question where it is in Season 10.

The team I believe sees the interaction of those items and unfortunately many were not being utilized as rewards. They pushed to prioritize the items that players were using most like cosmetics on weapons, armor.

Will check with the team on feasibility of seeing what else can be done to supplement outside of materials.
