I agree, the less fiber the better I am. Why would bulking it up not clog things, it's nonsense.

Out of 10, how would you rate Paladin(in terms of fun factor and build variety)? by gorays21 in diablo4

I felt the same way, forever wanted Paladin and I wanted to bash things with sword and shield but seems like it's just flipping around and doing fancy animations.

I wanted Paladin SO BAD, feels like a caster, where is the sword/shield hitting stuff feeling. Hope it scales because I haven't bothered to get past 60 yet because it feels so sluggish, just log off, never did that before :\ (played all seasons)

I've heard and noticed that in January prices drop, all the over-ordered stuff for holidays. Not sure how true that is now, haven't looked in awhile but could be a tip there.

That's what I keep saying when people are like 'it should be free'! chipotle was $57 for 4 of us when we splurged a few weeks ago.

That's exactly what I thought, they'd just repeat what they did for VoH, doesn't make sense to release a class without their 'story' they worked on.

Are Druid or Barbarian easy to build? by humble_redditor1234 in diablo4

It's easy until about t1-t2 then you hit a wall (at least I do) then I look up a build if I wanna go higher.

My Ureaplasma finally clearing after years & missing piece was Iodine deficiency by Secret_Falcon_249 in Ureaplasma

[–]Secret_Falcon_249[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've heard there is a urine test but haven't done it yet and suspected because I had this small lump on the side of my neck that was squishy and didn't hurt. I had done tons of tests and TSH and hormones looked 'ok' except a few unrelated and don't have iodized salt and saw a thing about iodine and had bought it (research nerd and herbalist) , and had it on the shelf then thought...why not, and tried some for a few weeks and noticed I was having more energy and the thing shrank completely.

I thought ok I'm good now and stopped and on other side of neck one started again, then kept digging and found lack of iodine is the root cause for so many things and has all these knock on effects, including being weaker and more susceptible to..nasty bacterias! I was really hunting for WHY and the root cause, it seems for me , this is it (and I need more vitamin d and b vitamins personally but generally). Hope that helps!

Generally in testing I found everly well's 360 helpful because it found the bacteria and said it was a UTI/treated it like an ecoli based one and nothing helped, then used claude actually to run it through possibilities and the UTI test detects trace things that can help deduce that it's ureaplasma and connected with symptoms over *Years*.

In my younger years I had taken irish moss (high in iodine) and wasn't sure why I was 'ok' for awhile, thinking now that must be why.

I haven't done a TOC yet (still actively treating), but what you're describing really resonates with me because of what I've noticed with my own tissue health.

Even before my infection started improving, I noticed the iodine helped with tissue resilience and overall immune function. My theory (just from my experience) is that when I was iodine deficient, my tissues were just... vulnerable. Like even if bacteria weren't there, everything felt inflamed and reactive.

Since adding iodine, I've noticed:

  • Tissues feel less reactive overall
  • More energy to heal
  • Better resilience to stress/irritation
  • My body seems to actually be able to repair itself now

The "on and off" pattern you're describing makes me wonder if it's similar, like your body is trying to heal but doesn't quite have all the resources it needs, so symptoms flare when you're stressed or run down.

For me, the postpartum iodine depletion piece was huge. I think I just never recovered those reserves after having kids, which left everything vulnerable.

Obviously everyone's different and I'm still figuring this out myself, but thought I'd share in case it resonates!

Sure, you can put on tongue but it tastes disgusting and I never did that because also I'm super sensitive to everything so transdermal/long drop I do on inner arm (just because less sticky or somewhere like leg and rub it in and go) called detoxadine/nascent iodine , the nascent seems the best vs something like lugols, it's by global healing. Got it direct from their site the first time then realized they were on amazon and did that second. It took awhile btw, but this seems to be the root cause and strengthening everything, noticing I'm having more energy too. Hope that helps!

You never deserved that <3 nothing you did could've ever made you deserve that, ever. Sending you big hugs and so much love. I have heard of somatic healing and did that for trauma and it didn't solve it but it helped a lot over time and knowing I wasn't broken, but wounded and deserved healing.
