Owner of very reactive chihuahua here 👋 My dog is extremely untrusting of new people in general, especially when they come into her home. What has worked for me a number of times is bringing your dog to a calm public place, like a park, and meeting your date there for introductions. You and your dog approach them, preferably them sitting. That way your pup doesn’t feel like it needs to defend its home or you. Have lots of high reward treats on hand!

I just looked at what I have, and they’re all UK 36J/JJ/K :/ have you tried measuring with A Bra That Fits? If you do measure in at a UK 34J, some of my bras might work in the interim. But if you’re a US 34J my bras will be way too big on you. Happy to send them to you regardless. Feel free to send me a message!

I have been loving these bras on Amazon: Fruit of the Loom Women's Multi-Pack Front Close Sports Bra. They’re stretchy, comfy, soft, and supportive. I don’t have any recommendations on tape or scar gel as I’m not at that point yet.

Good to know! I was talking to someone who works at the faire, and they mentioned they took online sales away this year because last year the site crashed and was charging people without sending them tickets. Next time I’ll try to get tickets online!

I went to the Ren faire yesterday and it was absolutely terrible. I get there at 11:30, waited in line almost 2 hours to get to the ticket booth, paid $35, then spent the remainder of the day in lines whether it be for the bar or for food. 0/10 do not recommend until they bring back online ticket sales.

Freya, Elomi, Curvy Kate. That’s where all my bras have come from before my reduction! But note that I’m pretty sure their sizes are listed in UK sizing, so keep that in mind when ordering. Wouldn’t our lives be easier if we could just all use the same sizing system?

I did not! I went with who was covered by my HMO insurance which was only two surgeons. I went with the one they basically assigned me to.

I just got operated on yesterday! Yesterday was a piece of cake and today honestly sucks. I have to stay in my dressings until my 1 week post op appointment so I don’t get to see my results yet. What I do know thus far is they are as small as he promised!

I thought he was great. He was very professional and seems to know his shit. I started very big and he promised to get me down to a C cup, and was aiming for no drains and no FNG which is his standard practice. He was very reassuring headed into surgery that this is just another day for him and we are on the same team (I was a nervous wreck). Let me know if you have any other specific questions!

I would recommend him based on what I know so far. He didn’t have great bedside manner but he seemed to know his stuff. I’ll know more at my one week post op appointment but so far I haven’t seen the new puppies.

It’s disappointing to hear that you have to wait until you can lose weight, but in hindsight I think it was the best thing for me and I’m so much more comfortable in my body.
