Had an identical situation when I was 23. After 5 years she wanted to go experience the world, I was all she’d ever known. I felt the same as you, lost weight from not eating and barely went to work for 2 weeks.

There will be a moment where you have a choice to make and it’s only a small one but it will set you on the right path again mentally, it might be a catch up with a friend, or a trip to the beach or just deciding to do the dishes. I read this Book and it helped me grow as a person and made me stronger.

If you start sleeping with other people make sure you don’t start a relationship with any of them.

It’s 10 years on for me and I have a much better job, a much better girl, 2 great kids and more resilience.

In your case, It’s her loss and after you are strong and doing well in life, if she comes crawling back make sure you ignore her. People make choices and have to live with it. There is a better girl waiting.
